换水箱后的试车简报（完成高温高速长途测试）

1. 水温正常，有点偏低。不知是否是没有把节温器装回原位的缘故？
2. 行车显示器有时会显示汽车故障码，“水温传感器线路”故障。不管它，在下一次启动时一般又会不出现。应该如何解决？
3. 行驶100公里左右时，发现有冷冻液滴漏痕迹。检查知道是连接连接发动机与水箱的胶管有渗漏，重新拆掉。发现连接胶管没破损，问题出在发动机与水箱胶管连接处的金属管套头有锈蚀造成连接胶管不够密封导致出现些微渗漏。可能与之前旧水箱由于质量或清洗原因使得水箱腐蚀严重出现的锈蚀问题类似？
4. 拆除连接金属管套头打磨平整连接处，均匀涂上胶水，连接好胶管，行驶200公里左右暂时没发现冷冻液再有渗漏。
5. 打开水箱盖，启动发动机，观察水箱水，没有发现水箱水减少的情况。由于重新拆过，又补充过水箱水（冷冻液），初期出现很多泡泡，后期较少，而且水分较多，缺少最初冷冻液那种油状感觉（发现水箱盖出现锈迹）。
——初段试车感觉良好，正准备再走长途高速看看是否经得起考验，检验维修成果，更希望能把[size=5][color=red]疑似冲缸问题[/color][/size]彻底解决！！！:Q

:) :) :) 2008年7月22日，刚做完保养不久的2万多公里珍珠白北斗星在高速公路上行驶时突然水温升高......2008年7月23日是“大暑”日，广州气温高达37℃，地面温度更高达50℃。
2008年9月上半月，“秋老虎”发威，广东气温比常年偏高0.6℃。广州从9月11日起，已连续一周高挂高温黄色预警信号，而省内部分地区的气温甚至比广州还要高。11日，广州市气象台在上午8时30分左右发布了高温黄色预警信号，广州的最高气温也突破了35℃大关。广东全省共有36个市县录得35摄氏度以上的高温，全省最高温度达37摄氏度。
2008年9月12日至9月15日，曾经“发烧”的北斗星进行了长途高温高速测试......
25146km-26377km。
1、9月12日晚上上广州，气温不高，主要先测试北斗星满载全程空调长途高速行驶时发动机的安全性，为回程作准备。
——500公里左右行程，中间休息几次合一个多小时，发动机表现正常，空调够劲，水温没见升高。
2、在省城行驶，测试高温作业下发动机及冷却系统的工作状态。
——200公里左右行程，塞车、慢驶、急起急停等情况逐样有试，发动机、水温、空调正常。
3、9月15日中午回程，气温高，阳光猛烈，主要测试北斗星满载全程空调长途高温高速行驶时发动机及冷却系统的稳定性，确定北斗星的“高烧”后恢复情况。
——500公里左右行程，中间只停车午饭休息一次合一个小时，全程高温高速。水温80度左右；长时间高速行驶发动机间或有动力不足的感觉；长时间阳光直射汽车座舱兼窗玻璃没贴防晒膜，高温行驶中空调有制冷不足的感觉，扳到第三档最大档仍无明显冷意，其间关掉空调制冷20分钟再重启有少许改观。
4、9月12日至9月16日的停车检查。
——不见发动机舱各部件有渗漏；出发前及回程后每天出车冷车启动检查主水箱不见冷冻液减少，也不再见水箱水冒泡，但储液罐冷冻液有减少不过水位一直在正常区间。
走完高速后之前启动打火时觉得存在一些点火延迟的现象也好像解决了......
1200公里的长途高温高速测试，油耗每百公里6.3升。
算是基本正常了吧？测试结束！:L :L :L
